I have been going to Dr. Werner for quite sometime. I knew she was the vet for my furbabies the first visit. My animals love her, she is incredibly honest, and super personable. However, until today I never realized how great she and her staff are. They have taken care of all my pets even boarded my dog their while out of town because of his heart worms. Everyone has always been super amazing. Today though my family had to say goodbye to a dear member of our family. The young lady at the front was super friendly and respectful. Dr. Werner was just amazing with my family and our Meeka. She explained all the steps to my 8 year old who was upset, but not sure if he wanted to stay in the room or not. She calmed him by explaining everything she was going to do making him comfortable enough to stay and say goodbye to her. So thankful I have such an amazing vet with equally amazing staff for my furbabies. Thank you so very much!

Very kind and caring. Helped us when our dog started with kidney failure and then when she passed.

We have been taking our dogs here for a long time and have always had a wonderful experience. We have had to say goodbye to three of our furry family members here and could not have asked for a better experience during such a difficult time. The entire staff, Dr. Werner, and Dr. Kessler were all compassionate, understanding, and treated our dogs with great care. We also volunteer and foster with Leavenworth County Humane Society, Lansing Vet Hospital is always very supportive and has taken great care of our foster dogs and cats too. Dr. Werner is amazing and has always gone above and beyond to care for our pets.

Took our dog there to be treated for some symptoms that he had been treated for back in may at the vet on fort Leavenworth. Luckily, fort Leavenworth did not have any appointments, so we came to Lansing. Unfortunately, Bama had a tumor and had to be rushed to blue pearl. We had no idea we’d be taking our boy for a checkup and returning home without him. But if it wasn’t for Lansing our boy would have suffered and died at home. Thank you Lansing Vet Hospital!
