Lansing Veterinary Hospital offers boarding for your pet.
We offer safe and comfortable accomodations for your cat, dog, or other furry family member when you need to be away.
We have indoor and outdoor dog runs and a large yard for play.
Cats have their own dog-free room.
We feed science maintenance to all our boarding pets. If your pet is on a special diet, please bring it with you. We give out our own treats, but you are welcome to bring special chews or toys for your pet.
We take pride in treating all the pets that stay with us like we would like our own pet to be treated. If your pet needs medication, or medical attention while you are away, you can be assured that the doctor will attend to him or her immediately.
- Our boarding rate for small and medium dogs is $17 per night.
- The rate for a run is $19 per night.
- For cats it is $15 per night.
Cats need to be current on Rabies and FVRCP. Dogs need to be current on Rabies, Kennel Cough, and DA2PP.
We can update these vaccines if necessary when your pet is dropped off.
Your pet will need to be free of fleas and ticks to stay with us. We will apply Frontline if necessary to ensure our clinic and boarding facility remains parasite free.
Dogs will be caged separately during their stay. Dogs from the same family can go out and play together and be boarded next to each other, but we can’t house them in the same cage because sometimes fights will break out over toys or food when they are confined together.
During popular boarding times, Christmas, New Years, Spring Break, Fourth of July, Memorial and Labor Days we will now require a $50 deposit per animal. This is refundable if give us at least 2 weeks notice of cancellation.
